This is a "knock-down" twin wheel mobile home chassis kit. Delivery is in kit form with everything you need to construct into a complete twin wheel mobile home chassis. The wheels are for moving the building on private land only.

These steel chassis are flexible in design and therefore suitable to support almost any building. You can build any timber framed building, steel framed building or a log cabin construction onto this chassis. The chassis is flexible in design and can be even stronger if you require.

The Caravan Act

The Caravan Act". Any of our timber buildings will then be within the law. There are certain limitations within The Caravan Act that you need to comply with. But these mobile home chassis kit are well within any legal limits in this law.
Various mobile home chassis kit options for various site conditions
These kit form chassis trailers are ideal if you have a suitable base and level site. But if you don't have a level site, then we have another option for you - our "all terrain" chassis kit! This is where access is very poor and the site is not very level (ie, where it would not be possible to level a traditional wheeled chassis).
