The raised level is surrounded by a balcony to make it safe and prevent accidents, it is accessed by an easy-climb ladder which has strong, sturdy rungs for safety. The Georgian style windows and pretty flower emblem on the door add to the look of an already quaint playhouse.
OSB solid sheet roofing and flooring for structural stability, safety features including smooth edges and safety hinges (so little fingers won’t get trapped) and shatter-proof styrene glazing.

This will protect the timber from weathering and will need to be repeated.
