Designed to fit around a corner of your garden and therefore also forming a courtyard as well- the decking boards are supplied with this cabin as well, so you can enjoy being out as well as inside this lovely little garden room. It has a 2.5m ridge height and can be built right into the corner of your garden without requiring Planning Permission.

We fit your glass for free before delivery, unlike some of our competitors. Hortons cabin doors come with special security hinges which are also adjustable. It is not possible to unscrew our log cabin doors from their frame to gain access - we use special security hinges which are also fully adjustable. We can add extra doors and windows to any Hortons Log Cabin, call us for details & quotes. Minimum purlin size for Hortons log cabins is 70x140mm and no greater than 600mm apart for a very strong roof

Corner cabins aren't always 5 sided

Most log cabins that fit into corners are 5 sided (Pentagonal), where the doors are positioned in the corner cut out). An L-shaped log cabin is also perfect for fitting into a corner of your garden without being obtrusive. The advantage being that you can have offset legs of the L shape to suit your own site. There a decked area included within the "courtyard" area, so grab a deck chair and enjoy this sun-trap!

Different design options for L shape log cabins

A popular option is to make the L shape log cabin into 2 separate rooms, making it a multi-function garden cabin. We can even make 1 room as a Twin Skin fully insulated room and the other just a single skin uninsulated room (if it's going to be used as a storage room for example). The Petersfield cabin has an apex style roof with a valley and hip where the 2 sides of the roof meet. We also make a pent roof version of this 4x4m cabin called the Alton garden cabin. This is still an L shape so you still get the same floor plan. If you want a larger version of this L shape log cabin, then we have the Buntingford 5x5m garden cabin as well.
